- All completed consultations, credit analysis reports, educational materials, and delivered services are non-refundable once provided.
- Payment confirms your commitment to receive professional consulting and educational guidance, not guaranteed financial or credit outcomes.
3. Cancellation Policy
Clients may request cancellation:
- Before service delivery or scheduled consultation: Eligible for review and possible refund.
- After services begin or consultation occurs: Refunds are generally not issued.
Rescheduling consultations is allowed with reasonable advance notice.
4. No Guarantee Disclaimer

- Funding approvals

- Financial outcomes
Results vary based on individual credit history, financial behavior, and third-party decisions.
5. Chargeback & Payment Disputes
Clients agree to contact us first to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback. Most concerns can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in situations such as:
- Duplicate payments
- Billing errors
- Services unable to be delivered
Approval of any exception is at our sole discretion.
